How do I book in?

All consults can be made directly here. If there are no suitable times available for you, feel free to reach out via email to see what arrangements can be made.

How are the consults run?

When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a zoom link (check junk folder). When it is your consult time, please enter the meeting and you will be accepted in. I will be waiting on the other side with audio and video turned on which is also how I would prefer you have your settings. I recommend using a private room (or patients even use their cars) for the duration of the session.

What if I don’t get let into my appointment?

Stay on the zoom! If I am running more than 5 minutes late I will email or SMS you. Unfortunately sessions do sometimes unexpectedly run late due to patients needing extra care and support. I hope you understand.

How will I get my supplements?

You will be set up with a vital.ly account. I will create your prescriptions in vital.ly and you will be able to order the script online and have it shipped anywhere in Australia, giving you complete flexibility. You will get an email with any new prescriptions, after the consult direct from Vital.ly.

How do I pay for my consults?

You will be issued an invoice following the consultation through Xero. This can be paid via bank transfer or via card payment online (this incurs a surcharge). Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours of receiving them.

What else can I expect post consult?

In addition to receiving your prescription through vital.ly and invoice through Xero, you should receive a treatment plan within 2 business days, noting my business days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For all communication, please check your junk folder, and add Xero, Vital.ly and myself to your email contacts.

How can I contact you?

My days in clinical practice are Wednesday to Friday. I am best contacted via email or SMS during this time. If your matter is urgent and you require assistance outside of these days, please text me and I will assist you as soon as I can.
